Okay so all this week on the local news stations we have been hearing about the lovely HBO show called Big Love and how they are going to show some very sacred parts of the LDS temple ceremony. So I started to think about it and how people are trying to protest and things like that. Well even though our church presidency has asked them not to show it and been very kind about it, all the people from HBO can say is "it is critical to your story line", "we hired a consultant to make sure things were very accurate". (Well don't you think that is part of our problem!!!)
Well I have been thinking about the uproar that would be happening if they had been showing some sacred part of the Muslim faith!!!! It would be making national news and the riots that would be happening all over the world over it! So why is it that they are allowed to make fun and show very sacred things of our faith and get away with it, but if it had anything to do with other religions and one specifically there is no way on earth they would get away with it!! Think about that.............
