New Things In Our Life

Well things have been a little crazy here lately. Cody decided one day about two months ago that we really needed look into building a new house. So we looked in to getting some plans drawn up, which is a very long process but we got some great plans! We also looked into buying a new house, and to buy a new house was about $100 a square foot. To build a house was between 50-60 bucks a square foot, so we went through the whole process of getting blue-prints and a bid on the house. And it turns our with us doing some of the work like electrical, painting, insulation and things like that we and afford it!!! So WE ARE GETTING A NEW HOUSE!!!!!
The only down fall is now we will be living in a trailer for the winter with construction going on outside but the good part is we will have a nice new house in the end. And no bedrooms off of the kitchen!!!! I can't wait to have bedrooms on a different level and actually have some space!
So many of you may be asking when are we going to start, well the answer is as soon as we can get the permits and move out of the house! So that is my plan for the next three weeks we are hoping to demo the house by the first week in November.
